INTEL RealSense2 Wrap DLL

The RealSense2 cameras provide images in the visible and in the infrared range, and a depth map, really accurate with the new L515s.
Possible uses are many: robotic, autonomous vehicles, surveillance. The WRAP DLL, that we make available, implement the basic functionalities, the user is free to add others, according to his needs. It is interesting coupled with OCV and OpenCV functionalities.
